This place never follows up on my calls and does not take care of the patient's needs in getting supplies. They claim they do not receive referrals but I was sitting with my primary as she put in the referral. Staff on phone need to be trained in customer service and should assist patients in their needs instead of brushing it off.
I would highly recommend Dr Prabu and his office. He is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for many years.
He is very caring and always willing to listen to any of your concerns. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have. His assistant David is always very pleasant, helpful and understanding.

I've been a very happy patient, since my first visit to the Sleep Center of Nevada. Being greeted by a front desk professional staff, upon arrival, then the professional Medical assistants who brings me back to take my vital signs preparing to see my, Professional Nurse practitioners and my Professional Doctors who explains to me in detail about my health. It's a warm professional feeling I get from start to finish my appointments during each visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I Love my Sleep Center of Nevada Team. GOD Bless.
The night of my child’s (6) appointment, they were understaffed and it took almost 3 hours to get my child ready for the study and they had us get there at 7 pm. The tech used so much tape on the probes, his skin was coming off the next morning with the probes. Then for some reason they couldn’t book a follow up appointment until 6 weeks later but at least my kid’s primary doctor already had the results. The receptionist or whoever makes their calls for telehealth appointments is incredibly rude. She would not allow me to speak when I tried to explain my insurance details with her. She offered to send me to billing but wouldn’t actually do that. She was constantly talking over me and mocking me with snarky comments. Anyone who employs someone with so little professionalism, I really don’t trust.

I called to look into getting a new CPAP machine and the operator was so inhumane they might as well be replaced by an automated service. No hello just “patients date of birth”. I’m not even a patient there. She may be efficient but I don’t want to be treated like a case, I want to be treated like a person. Going elsewhere. That’s just the operator I don’t even want to know what the sleep technicians are like.
Spent months going to appointments and having studies conducted because of insomnia and other symptoms I had been having since quitting a highly addictive drug a couple of years prior. My follow-up after my inpatient study was with a Dr. I hadn't seen before. Their solution: prescribe me the same highly addictive drug I struggled to quit for years. The Dr didn't even read my medical history. They probably just conduct sleep studies and prescribe drugs for the insurance money; they don't care about the patients who struggle with sleeplessness. I feel so let down that they prescribe such life-ruining substances. his place was a waste of time, money, and resources.
Making an appointment was easy. I had a sleep overnight study done and it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this center. 5+++
